Shallow and deep water prevention

NDT (Non-destructive testing) through subsea inspection technique Arrow

Executed with professionals certified by Inmetro through Standard 17020 and qualified by ABENDI that authorizes the execution of inspections on subsea structures and stipulates the annual testing and certification of resources and equipment, assuring the safety of the involved professionals and the good performance of the project, in addition to reducing environmental impacts and preventing unwelcome production stoppages.

FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) Support Arrow

We executed subsea inspections and maintenance in FPSOs since 1998. Among the services executed are: support with diving for pull in and pull out operations, whether flexible or rigid pipes; class inspection (UWILD).

Pull-in / Pull-out Arrow

Operation where the diver directly supports, installing temporary tools for Pull-in and Pull-out operations to be executed.

Support for prevention activities using DSV (Dive Support Vessel) Arrow

Vessels with dynamic positioning system (DP2). They are used for subsea inspection and maintenance services with divers and ROVs.

Charter service for prevention contracts using DSV (Dive Support Vessel) Arrow

Vessels with dynamic positioning system (DP2). They are used for subsea inspection and maintenance services with divers and ROVs.

Hose Inspection (ocean terminals), Tightness Test, Vacuum Test, Hydrostatic Test, general Maintenance Arrow

A highly capable team executes repairs and tests, assuring that there are no leaks and returning the part to its activities. Hose revalidation generates savings for our clients and reduction of the environmental impact with the extension of these hoses’ service life.

Hose Inspection (ocean fixed terminals) Arrow

Hose Inspection (ocean fixed terminals), specialized services of inspection, maintenance and support to offloading operations in FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) ocean terminals, FSO (Floating Oil Storage) vessel, mono floats and Tank Vessels.

UWILD Arrow

We provide class UWILD (Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Dry-Docking) inspection services for mobile drill units, such as probes, floating production units (FPSOs), as well as support vessels, using mini ROVs, observation ROVs and Work Class ROVs.

Father and Son Vessels Arrow

Activities executed by a smaller vessel LDB (Light Dive Boat) for subsea inspection through diving in depths up to 30 meters and pull-in/pull-out operations monitoring. The advantage is the flexibility of operating whether from Father vessel or Son vessel, accordingly with the type of service and environmental conditions.

Diverless Operations Arrow

Subsea inspection services executed by observation electric ROVs that provide visual inspection, electrochemical potential measurement, thickness measurement, cleaning and inspection of moorings, assuring operability conditions of FPSO installations and other production installations, such as: fixed and semi-submersible platforms.
